but just as importantly they have the right atmosphere.

The next thing you need to know is what kind of environment do they like
to hang out in.
It is a good idea if people are comfortably seated and have enough room
at and around their table.

Other obvious matters such as good service and cleanliness go without
saying.

But it is worth remembering that colour and style will affect your
customers and how they feel as much as all the other factors.
For some it will be unconscious but for many they will know as soon as
they come in, whether or not they will be coming back or telling
their friends about you . |
