job or a transformation job but either way time scale is the issue here.

basics to be able to endure.
Make sure that the basic kitchen and bathroom stuff is packed specially
marked ready for immediate use.
And some basic clothes for all members of the family to get through the
first few days. |

The necessities have to be easy to find to avoid frayed nerves and
tempers.
Have at least one living space and preferably sleeping place made
comfortable enough that you can survive in reasonable comfort.
Heat, light and hot water help
