Rococo

"Rococo makes me think of over the top. Loads of everything really."

Pale rooms with gold will work with the rather eccentric furniture and objects that one thinks of as Rococo.

But strong colours like greens and reds will also work. The fabrics are rich and heavy with either flowers or animals.

Embroideries and tapestries, bed canopies and hangings.

Baroque and rococo furniture both 19^th Century can still be found. Gilded and painted pieces will look the part.

Fabric treatments are elaborate and luxurious rugs and ornate mirrors and porcelain pieces will finish you off nicely.
